Raveena (she/her/hers) is a Lewis & Clark College student currently pursuing a Master of Arts in professional mental health counseling. She graduated from Washington State University (go cougs!) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in addiction studies. Raveena is currently focused on obtaining her eating disorders treatment certification.

In her clinical practice, Raveena aims to infuse warmth and healing into her work, addressing a variety of challenges individuals may face in their lives. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment, integrating principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, and Relational-Cultural Theory. These frameworks guide her exploration of clients' past and present relationships, particularly focusing on supporting minoritized clients dealing with issues such as racism, bigotry, intergenerational trauma, and acculturation.

As a South Asian of Punjabi descent, Raveena brings a profound sense of compassion and empathy to her work with other BIPOC individuals. She acknowledges the multifaceted systemic challenges marginalized communities encounter daily and aims to support and understand each client's unique experiences through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens.
