Yulia practices an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various theories and techniques to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. Her approach is client-centered, meaning she views you as the expert on your own experiences and will work collaboratively with you to identify goals and create a treatment plan. Her therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and non-judgmental.

Yulia's area of expertise includes the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. However, she is open to working with clients on a wide range of concerns.

In her work she uses Internal Family Systems approach, EMDR treatment, CBT, and somatically based framework. She is currently enrolled in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology graduate program and open to working with athletes and other sport and exercise professionals. 

She have 5+ years of experience working as a Mental Health Therapist with a wide range of needs and clients from different backgrounds. 
As a mental health professional, her ultimate goal is to help her clients achieve mental health and well-being. She is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without fear of judgment.

Yulia believes that each individual is unique and therefore, their experiences and needs are also unique.

She is committed to empowering her clients to take an active role in their own mental health journey and providing them with the tools and resources they need to make positive changes in their lives.
