Adriana Ricardo Díaz is a community practitioner and program specialist with a strong background in social development, trauma-informed care, and community-based education. With a Master’s degree in Sociology and certification as a Community Health Worker, she brings her experience working with vulnerable communities, people with disabilities, and individuals navigating complex life challenges.
Adriana facilitates workshops and group spaces focused on resilience and personal growth, always approaching her work through a culturally responsive and compassionate lens.
She has worked in community health initiatives, including youth development and active transportation programs in Portland, Oregon. Her work centers on creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals and communities can build confidence and resilience, grounded in the belief that caring for mental health should be as everyday and normalized as caring for physical strength. Adriana is deeply committed to expanding mental health access, reducing stigma, and supporting people through
meaningful, relationship-centered care.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Adriana acts as a multicultural bridge that paves the way to wellness. A fervent believer in individual potential, she emphasizes the power of healthy habits and personal responsibility as essential tools for healing and transformation. Through her volunteer role, Adriana is committed to creating spaces where people feel empowered, and reminded that growth, recovery, and
hope are always possible.

Adriana has a Traditional Health Worker Certificate from The Oregon Health Authority. Adriana is under the supervision of Ivette Rabanal, LCSW.
