Ivan is a passionate and dedicated professional with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both residential and community settings. Hailing from Mexico, Ivan brings a unique perspective as a bicultural and bilingual individual.

 

With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Portland State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pacific university, Ivan has a solid academic foundation complemented by hands-on experience in the mental health field. His focus on therapeutic modalities includes trauma-informed care, client-center therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT).

 

Throughout his career, Ivan has demonstrated a deep commitment to helping other navigate through challenges and achieve their full potential. His empathetic approach, cultural sensitivity, and bilingual proficiency allow him to effectively connect with diverse populations and provide comprehensive support
