About Us

Jessica Villaseñor, LCSW
 

Jessica holds two bachelors degrees from Washington State University. She obtained a Masters in Social Work from Boise State University in 2020. Jessica holds an LCSW in the state of Oregon, and an LICSW in Washington State. She has experience working in community mental health, residential treatment facilities, inpatient mental health, and hospital settings. She has worked with various communities and populations, such as children, adolescents, adults and families, providing individual and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention.

Jessica is the proud daughter of immigrant farm workers from Mexico, and was born and raised in Vancouver, WA. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural. Jessica enjoys working with both first- and second-generation individuals to strengthen their resilience, find their voice, and work through trauma. She also has a passion for working with transitional age youth (16 to 25) as they explore their identity, values, and transition to a new phase of life. Additionally, Jessica has a passion for working with individuals living with PTSD, CPTSD, and have a desire to explore attachment patterns.

Her practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and collaborative problem-solving. She also provides Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) services. Jessica is working towards becoming EMDR certified.

Jessica values collaboration, compassion, and creativity in the therapeutic process. She strives to create a space where individuals feel safe space where individuals can explore. Jessica feels honored to walk alongside individuals as they grow, find healing, and create a life worth living.
